GBMy experience was a totally worthless… My experience was a totally worthless customer service. They will not answer any of your questions and just keep rambling about everything else but what you have asked. Delivery problems. Made unscheduled attempts. Did not fix the issue. Had email and phone contact. Never again!!!

GBSpammers Unethical business practices. They continuously send unsolicited ads via email. Sending to a spam trap email which there is no way they could have obtained unless harvesting email off the internet. Absolute joke of a business. Stay far away!

GBI've never experienced so much SPAM… I've never experienced so much SPAM from any company - even the scammers than from Wine Country SPAM basket. Tried to unsubscribe on line - didn't work. Called in person - didn't work. Thank God for SPAM filters. Absolutely no respect for the customers. So if you order from this company, expect to receive SPAM multiple times a day - forever.

GBAssorted Cookie Basket I ordered the cookie basket for my customers because it looked so good in the catalog. I delivered all the baskets over 25 and had 1 left over to give to my employees. The cookies were terrible. They smelled, were hard, and tasted like a processed product. It did more harm than good. I would not recommend them. Clearly more spent on direct mail than on quality products. Sadly.

GBBait and Switch? My parents paid for a gift basket and then received message that it was not available and the had to accept a replacement immediately to make christmas shipping. Replacement was half the price they paid. No response to request to upgrade basket or refund outstanding amount. Unhappy. Going to tell them not to use this company again.
