AUTerrible customer service & products I received an incredibly expensive yoga mat for Christmas that is insanely slippery. It is so slick to the point that it would be dangerous for me to actually attempt a practice using it. I emailed customer service asking if they had a protective coating or such that needed to be washed off. They offered no apology, no explanation, no solutions. Simply, maybe wash it and if you don't like it, return it. I feel awful for my mother in law who spent a great deal of money assuming this would be a great christmas gift for me and I can barely use it. For obvious reasons I cannot return it and Gaiam have been no help.

GBI bought their app two years ago for… I bought their app two years ago for one time cost of $4.99. Didn't need a log in. Every update, there's an issue that involves them wanting me to "join." My husband said they realized their old business model didn't work. But why make customers who supported you before you expanded with more offerings than one person can even digest suffer? Now I can't access classes in my "studio," but even when I was accessing them, every time I finished, there was an invite to Tweet or post on Facebook my thoughts about the class. This whole set up seems to be the antithesis of what yoga is all about. It's quite sad. Don't support this company and don't buy Yoga Studio.

As stated on the instructions for this item "This product is sold without any warranties or guarantees of any kind and manufacturer and distributor disclaim any liability, loss or damage caused by its use." AUThe yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of… The yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of July never arrived from gaiam.innovations.com.au. No confirmation email. Have contacted their facebook, sales email, and info email. No reply back. If this is not a scam I don't what this is. They took my money - but never send anything to me/ or even any email/ follow up. I will raise a consumer complaint. Shame on you!

GBAmazing service I found the Gaiam page randomly as I was searching for a Yoga Ball Chair, it was rated very high. It worked flawlessly for almost a whole year and then a piece broke on the base. I still had the email from the initial purchase so I replied to it with my issue not expecting anything. Brittany got back to me so quickly and asked for a picture of the defect. I sent the picture and the next day she had placed an order for the parts I needed to. These days it is impossible to get good service so I felt compelled to leave this review. I am 100% satisfied with this company's products and service, thank you!
