Terrible customer service & products I received an incredibly expensive yoga mat for Christmas that is insanely slippery. It is so slick to the point that it would be dangerous for me to actually attempt a practice using it. I emailed customer service asking if they had a protective coating or such that needed to be washed off. They offered no apology, no explanation, no solutions. Simply, maybe wash it and if you don't like it, return it. I feel awful for my mother in law who spent a great deal of money assuming this would be a great christmas gift for me and I can barely use it. For obvious reasons I cannot return it and Gaiam have been no help.

Terrible customer service, terrible company I ordered a birthday gift 2 weeks ago, even paid the $11 for expedited shipping. 3 days before my sisters birthday, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order. I have contacted them 4 times now and they reply with an automated response that claims they will get back to you within 72 hours..... it has been 6 days since my initial refund request. Absolute worst company to trust with your money.

Worst of the worst If I didnot have to select a start I definitely would not. Gaiam has the worst customer service, The worst return policy, the most disrespectful employees and flimsy products. Their 100% happy guarantee is a complete lie.

Read this review before purchasing a Gaiam Product are not suitable for more than a handfull of uses, which is wear and tear!!! I had a d Gaiam yoga mat, which after a handful of uses started peeling. I spent additionally by purchasing a gaiam bag, and cared it as per their instructions. However upon contacting gaiam under their "lifetime guarantee" they have stated it is not a product defect and therefore not eligible for replacement. They are unwilling to confirm what they would deem as a number of uses a comsumer could expect to get out of their product. Before you spend your money on this company please do your research and read the 1star reviews across the range, and media forum. Please contact gaiam, to question what you are covered for, as it woudl seem not much.
