GBWorst of the worst If I didnot have to select a start I definitely would not. Gaiam has the worst customer service, The worst return policy, the most disrespectful employees and flimsy products. Their 100% happy guarantee is a complete lie.

ESI tried giving them no stars I tried giving them no stars, but it wouldn't let me. Seems to be an ongoing complaint but their customer service is terrible. "At Gaiam Europe, we work tirelessly to make our customers happy. Our customer support team is as passionate as you are for fitness and yoga. We don't just talk about it. We practice it. So go ahead; reach out. We are here to help. " is the biggest lie ever. Everytime I email them, they reply with the same automated email.. as if you gave them your money and now you're talking to yourself, banging your head against the wall. DO NOT ADVISE ONLINE ORDERING PS: This was from Gaiam.se (Sweden)

INAwesome Articles and Products for Conscious Yoga Lifestyle I recently found this website and unlike many others that pass away in a few clicks, I say and read articles on this website for about 2 hours. Usually I'm lucky if I can find one article per website that is relevant to me personally and resonates with my interests, but Gaiam has so many. My favorite section was the "solution guides" with practical tips ranging from how to make a compost pile to what you need to do to detox your body. The articles seem to be updated regularly. It's nice to feel sure the info is up to date and relevant. Some websites address the fitness side of Yoga while others emphasize the spiritual aspect. Gaiam does both. I live in a small town where it's hard to find quality organic cotton products. I order some pillowcases and towels from them a few months ago. The cost was reasonable and I am pleased with the quality.

GBTake your business where it is appreciated I purchased a Muse headband sometime ago when I was first learning how to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and I was concerned about my mind wandering. This product helped me gain confidence and I was ready to sell it and let someone else benefit as I have. I went to sell it on Amazon. I was informed that I needed permission from Gaiam which surprised me because I didn't even know they were affiliated. I got a response from Gaiam saying that they will not be granted me permission to sell the product that I purchased with MY money on Amazon! So it's like I bought it but it is not really mine to do with it what I will... They are just as rude as most of these reviews state so BEWARE!!!!
