GBAll is good All is good. You could change the shipping if someone orders 2 or 3 small items there should only be one shipping charge if they come in the same box.

GBSmooth Fix The site had sufficient information that I could be confident the part I ordered was the right part for the air handler. Since I was ordering for a business, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call from a friendly representative to check in on my first order. The part arrived when promised and now our customer has heat again!

GBBrand new brew drive motor Brand new brew drive motor working as it should. The old motor would strain. This new motor sounds less noisy as well. Maybe I got accustomed to the old motor making more noise as it aged. A+ experience.

GBUsed to be better Used to be better before they got too big. Too many departments, no one seems to have answers or solutions, they will get someone to call you back that knows more, and that person never does. When they were eager to grow and gain market share customer service was great. Now that they have bought out everything and created an almost monopoly, it's like dealing with cable company...
