Best Birthday Surprise! This is the 2nd birthday coffee cake that I've ordered for friends. Oh Yum! Both said it was delicious and they loved the Birthday napkins, decorations and candles!!! A great idea to surprise someone with something other than a traditional cake. Tasty and fun!!! I think I better order one for myself! :-))

I've had the privilege of using this… I've had the privilege of using this company annually for several years. The only complaint I have is that my order will never go through on the website. I have always had to call. The positive side is that they have always been tremendously helpful and the cakes are awesome.

Amazingly Good! The sugar free truffle cheesecake was, by all reports, delicious! Just be aware that the artificial sweetener should be eaten in moderation since it can upset stomachs a bit. Diane, the woman I spoke with, was very warm and helpful, and I hope she is the one who helps you. 'I tried calling to place my order on a Monday, but couldn't reach anyone. That concerned me. I got through on Tuesday, and all was well. However, their phone systems need revising, since you call, get the routing recording, and despite hitting the desired extension, it reverts to the routing recording. Just a bit frustrating, especially if you have to call several times.

EXCELLENT BAKED GOODS The 2 times that I ordered from 1 (800) BAKERY were excellent! They arrived on the date that was stated and tasted delicious! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to send home baked treats to friends who live far away! Thanks for your excellent service!!!!

Only half the order was shipped Only half the order was shipped, making the whole order useless. 1-800-Bakery did try to accommodate the mistake, however, I had ordered the shipment for use on Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving had come and gone by the time the mistake was adjusted.
