GBOnly half the order was shipped Only half the order was shipped, making the whole order useless. 1-800-Bakery did try to accommodate the mistake, however, I had ordered the shipment for use on Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving had come and gone by the time the mistake was adjusted.

GBAlthough I had a problem with the cake… Although I had a problem with the cake being delivered to the right place (at college campus) and it was broken the fact that I received my full refund makes me happy and able to trust chef Steve. I will def want to try ordering again with them maybe cookies next time. Lol I am giving them 4 stars for refunding me the cost of cake and shipping.

GBi ordered something to be delivered on… i ordered something to be delivered on a specific date, it was apparently a work holiday, but no notification was given that it would not be delivered on time. they assumed the next business day would be fine, but it was not. i had to call and reschedule delivery. still have not gotten a confirmation email of the delivery date change

GBI've had the privilege of using this… I've had the privilege of using this company annually for several years. The only complaint I have is that my order will never go through on the website. I have always had to call. The positive side is that they have always been tremendously helpful and the cakes are awesome.

GBWould Not Recommend I placed an order for a cake to be delivered two days later. The site claims that they will send you a tracking number for your order. The cake should have arrived today; however, I have not received the order or a tracking number. I called their 800 number and the lady who answered claimed that she would check with the bakery to see what the issue was, but she never called back. Do not order from this company if you want the item to arrive in time for a special day. I noticed that their reviews on Facebook are very similar to my experience. It makes me question the legitimacy of some of these reviews.
