Very disappointed by Virgin Wines USA… Update: I finally did receive a refund after multiple attempts. Upgrading to 2 stars because at least they came thru in the end.-k Very disappointed by Virgin Wines USA club. Wish I would have seen the reviews prior to ordering. I don’t know what they changed over at the company as in the past I have had no issues. This time around I put an order in at the end of August and was given an initial ship date of a week and a half. Three promises of new ship dates and trying to flat out cancel the order and I still don’t have wine or my money back. Lots of apologies and statements of warehouse issues and that this ‘never happens’ with no solutions. Save yourself a lot of time and go elsewhere.

The VIP case is definitely better… The VIP case is definitely better quality than the regular club case. There are often very good bottles in the VIP case but there still remain some that are not consistent with my favorites. I do not believe that they use my favorites to determine what to send me. I like bold, dry reds and I still get Pinot Noir and fruity reds that are not my favorite. I am trying out a competitive club and may end up cancelling the Virgin Wine Club if I can more consistently receive the types of wine that we like.

Deceiving company! Order my first promotional case as It included 2000 Virgin America bonus point. Months go by and not a single point was granted to my account. When I called I was told by a very rude costumer service agent that " I am asking for something for free" as according to him the promotional points are given only after a costumer purchase a SECOND CASE. What a joke!!!

If I can speak with the If I can speak with the Corporate Virgin Wine folks, they are great. However, the company that actually ships my wine communicates poorly of at all, never acknowledges they make Mistakes and in general are horrid And unprofessional. I am Very close to stopping my Membership. The aggravation is just Not worth it.

Wine Club member for several years... Virgin Wines recommended I've been a Wine Club member for several years now. We get good wines from Virgin, and it's fun. It's easy to manage the club online and to buy wine ad hoc. On the few occasions where there has been an issue or I need to contact customer service with a question or request, the service has always been excellent and completely satisfactory. They even refunded the price of a wine we didn't like.
