I frequently recommend Virgin Wines to… I frequently recommend Virgin Wines to friends. They consistently offer the best wine we've ever had. On the rare occasion that there is a problem, the company quickly refunds the full price of the wine. Their customer service is excellent.

Variety is the Spice of Life Too many times we receive the same wines again and again, winding up with 3 or 4 bottles of the same vintage. We like variety and only rate a few wines very high or very low, and frankly are not sure whether our ratings have much effect on what we receive. We supplement our club cases with those from Virgin's mail offers where we have more selections and varieties to choose from so we can, for example, try French roses without expecting them to come in future club cases.

Geriatric Version of the Wine Club? LOL I was gung ho when I first started buying from Virgin Wines, but now I've slowed way down on my wine consumption, so the wine club is a little too much for me right now. A geriatric (ha ha) version might be nice (every 4 months, maybe?).

Very disappointed by Virgin Wines USA… Update: I finally did receive a refund after multiple attempts. Upgrading to 2 stars because at least they came thru in the end.-k Very disappointed by Virgin Wines USA club. Wish I would have seen the reviews prior to ordering. I don’t know what they changed over at the company as in the past I have had no issues. This time around I put an order in at the end of August and was given an initial ship date of a week and a half. Three promises of new ship dates and trying to flat out cancel the order and I still don’t have wine or my money back. Lots of apologies and statements of warehouse issues and that this ‘never happens’ with no solutions. Save yourself a lot of time and go elsewhere.

Wine Club member for several years... Virgin Wines recommended I've been a Wine Club member for several years now. We get good wines from Virgin, and it's fun. It's easy to manage the club online and to buy wine ad hoc. On the few occasions where there has been an issue or I need to contact customer service with a question or request, the service has always been excellent and completely satisfactory. They even refunded the price of a wine we didn't like.
