The service is good The service is good, and it happened the Fedex delivery guy sent my merchandise to the first floor made me very inconvenient to brought it to my second floor.homr, after i complain, it is not happened again. There is some effort in trying to follow individual likes when offering deals as well as assembling quarterly distributions. I would have given a 5, except for: - FedEx here often says they will deliver on a date and that it's "on the truck", but then they don't. After waiting all day to sign, they post an email saying they stopped but no one was home, which is patently false. - The time lag between ordering and deliver, and especially between being told a quarterly distribution is coming, can be a week to several months. This needs to be tightened up.

Wine Club member for several years... Virgin Wines recommended I've been a Wine Club member for several years now. We get good wines from Virgin, and it's fun. It's easy to manage the club online and to buy wine ad hoc. On the few occasions where there has been an issue or I need to contact customer service with a question or request, the service has always been excellent and completely satisfactory. They even refunded the price of a wine we didn't like.

Great selection, high-quality wines are below store prices I have been a customer and member of Virgin Wines USA for over 5 years. If you love all types of wine and want to be exposed to selections that are not available in stores, then Virgin Wines is a good choice. My average cost per bottle is around $11 across the hundreds of wines I have purchased and enjoyed over the years. I looked at about 30 bottles versus store costs at places like Costco's and the same bottles would have cost me on average over $15. I highly recommend Virgin Wines USA.

Deceiving company! Order my first promotional case as It included 2000 Virgin America bonus point. Months go by and not a single point was granted to my account. When I called I was told by a very rude costumer service agent that " I am asking for something for free" as according to him the promotional points are given only after a costumer purchase a SECOND CASE. What a joke!!!
