GBGood value for wines I'd never be able to try Been with Virgin Wines for over a year and love it! I get to try good wine I'd never find in my area for a reasonable price. Had excellent customer service with the one issue I had. If you get a bottle you do not like, they'll give you credit toward your next order. Don't understand the negative reviews.

GBDisorganized, huge waste of time trying to get reward miles for signing up Signed up as part of a deal to get airline miles. Airline miles never showed up, and I called about 4 or 5 different times trying to figure out why. At first they said they needed more time, then they told me they didn't have my Virgin America number. I supplied my Virgin America number on three different occasions over the phone and each time they told me they had never received it. Hoping this time it works, but still a huge waste of time.

GBBest wine club for the money. Best wine club for the money. I've joined several different wine clubs over the years and honestly, most of them suck! They send you cheap wines that taste cheap and too many of the same thing. Virgin on the other hand, constantly surprises me with really tasty wines that I love for a very reasonable price. They have all kinds of bells and whistles that will narrow down your favorite types and eliminate the things you're not crazy about, but I never use that feature. I'm just happy to be surprised with the contents of each case that arrives to my doorstep. I've been a member since 2012 and I look forward to many more years with these folks.

GBIf I can speak with the If I can speak with the Corporate Virgin Wine folks, they are great. However, the company that actually ships my wine communicates poorly of at all, never acknowledges they make Mistakes and in general are horrid And unprofessional. I am Very close to stopping my Membership. The aggravation is just Not worth it.

GBCharged twice, no response from customer service I ordered a case of sparking wines for my friend's birthday. I noticed that I was charged twice. I contacted customer service several times and was unable to get through to them. Virgin is great at taking your money but rubbish after.
