GBPart filled order and cheap substitution made. Order part filled including a cheaper substitute (white rum instead of dark) now 3 weeks waiting for case of beer that site says is in stock. Don't respond to emails or phone calls. Have some sympathy due to current Covid lockdown but there's zero customer care and web-site still implies deliveries in a few days. Don't touch them at least for now.

GBwould give zero stars if I could would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a nice whisky too get a phone call 3 days later saying it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be again at which point I requested a refund. After 3 weeks still hasn't received my money back or any communication from the company so I sent them an email to enquire. Told the order had been cancelled and a refund initiated and to wait 3 days. Another week passes with no refund, email again same response. 2 weeks later email again to no response so raised a claim through PayPal. After 3 days got an email saying the order had only them been cancelled and I had been awarded a refund. Absolute charlatans had no intention on refunding me, and the "out of stock" whisky remained on their website for 3 weeks after telling me it was essentially discontinued. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to be robbed.

GBGood Selection and Good Service! The service provided has been great. My recent two orders were delivered as expected, the day after the order was placed. There were some challenges during the peak of COVID-19 which resulted in some delays, but that was understandable, and they seem to have recovered well. Since then everything seems to be very smooth!

GBLiqroo has possibly gone bust UPDATE ON MY ORDER. I raised a chargeback through my bank and after about 3 weeks, I got my money refunded in full. Please AVOID Liqroo...!!! After numerous attempts to contact them, they don't respond to any of my emails, they never answer their phone and now their website has gone offline. I received an email from Annie (Customer Care) on 6 September saying that they had water damage in their store but they are shipping from a new location and I would receive my order Wednesday, 9 September. Since this email, I received no further emails and never received my order. I have contacted my bank and raised a chargeback against Ligroo. If this will work or get my money back, I don't know but worth a try.

GBDreadful company Dreadful company, took my £58.00 over 5 weeks ago and many promises, no delivery. I understand these are difficult times but other companies are delivering although small delays. Took advice from their website re refund. Emailed got a response that I would be refunded and not unsurprisingly no refund after 12 days. Phone line useless and chat line big queues and big promises. Would not use and a typical scam deliver to a small minority and get a couple of good reviews. Pity I did not read if I could give less than one star it would be a big zero like my refund. Small claims next stop.
