GBwould give zero stars if I could would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a nice whisky too get a phone call 3 days later saying it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be again at which point I requested a refund. After 3 weeks still hasn't received my money back or any communication from the company so I sent them an email to enquire. Told the order had been cancelled and a refund initiated and to wait 3 days. Another week passes with no refund, email again same response. 2 weeks later email again to no response so raised a claim through PayPal. After 3 days got an email saying the order had only them been cancelled and I had been awarded a refund. Absolute charlatans had no intention on refunding me, and the "out of stock" whisky remained on their website for 3 weeks after telling me it was essentially discontinued. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to be robbed.

GBExcellent service.. Prompt delivery I can only speak from my own experience, but everything about the service I received was very professional. I placed my order via the website very late in the evening of Monday the 1st June. The delivery arrived today, Thursday the 4th June via DPD. As I live in the North West of England I was impressed to receive 3 large boxes with all the contents safely vacuum packed in such a short timescale, especially in times of Covid-19. I would certainly have no hesitation in ordering from the company again.

GBLiqroo has possibly gone bust UPDATE ON MY ORDER. I raised a chargeback through my bank and after about 3 weeks, I got my money refunded in full. Please AVOID Liqroo...!!! After numerous attempts to contact them, they don't respond to any of my emails, they never answer their phone and now their website has gone offline. I received an email from Annie (Customer Care) on 6 September saying that they had water damage in their store but they are shipping from a new location and I would receive my order Wednesday, 9 September. Since this email, I received no further emails and never received my order. I have contacted my bank and raised a chargeback against Ligroo. If this will work or get my money back, I don't know but worth a try.

GBLIQROO Deliverys Considering the change of time’s at the moment I have ordered wine on quite a few occasions over the last month or two and have had it delivered pretty promptly and efficiently. GBSpeedy delivery, unfortunate ending! We ordered some beer and were impressed by the speed of the delivery as we ordered Sunday and it arrived on Monday, despite being told it would arrive on Wednesday. It was all going so well, until the driver opened the door of the van and sneezed with his face uncovered all over the beer and everything else in the van. He seemed not to notice what he had done. My husband was so shocked. He had to put on gloves and leave the box outside after spraying with disinfectant spray. Luckily the beer was plastic wrapped so not ruined, especially as some of it is a present!!
