Ordered a nice whisky too get a phone call 3 days later saying it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be again at which point I requested a refund. After 3 weeks still hasn't received my money back or any communication from the company so I sent them an email to enquire. Told the order had been cancelled and a refund initiated and to wait 3 days. Another week passes with no refund, email again same response. 2 weeks later email again to no response so raised a claim through PayPal. After 3 days got an email saying the order had only them been cancelled and I had been awarded a refund. Absolute charlatans had no intention on refunding me, and the "out of stock" whisky remained on their website for 3 weeks after telling me it was essentially discontinued. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to be robbed.

Excellent service, recommended I have ordered on multiple occasions and am always very happy with the service provided. When one of my items was out of stock I received a phone call to inform me and ask for an alternate choice. I’ve used the online help chat function with success to resolve a query too. Delivery drivers always arrive with a smile. I highly recommend this service

Gift purchased 4 months ago UPDATED: REFUND CHEQUE ISSUED AFTER 5 MONTHS BUT IT BOUNCED. UNSURPRISING. JOKERS AND THIEVES Gift purchased 4 months ago. Never delivered. Still awaiting a refund. Complete cowboys. Complete incompetence at all levels! Avoid at all costs for your own sanity.

Speedy delivery, unfortunate ending! We ordered some beer and were impressed by the speed of the delivery as we ordered Sunday and it arrived on Monday, despite being told it would arrive on Wednesday. It was all going so well, until the driver opened the door of the van and sneezed with his face uncovered all over the beer and everything else in the van. He seemed not to notice what he had done. My husband was so shocked. He had to put on gloves and leave the box outside after spraying with disinfectant spray. Luckily the beer was plastic wrapped so not ruined, especially as some of it is a present!!
