GBSpeedy delivery, unfortunate ending! We ordered some beer and were impressed by the speed of the delivery as we ordered Sunday and it arrived on Monday, despite being told it would arrive on Wednesday. It was all going so well, until the driver opened the door of the van and sneezed with his face uncovered all over the beer and everything else in the van. He seemed not to notice what he had done. My husband was so shocked. He had to put on gloves and leave the box outside after spraying with disinfectant spray. Luckily the beer was plastic wrapped so not ruined, especially as some of it is a present!!

GBGreat communications when item out of stock During the Covid 19 lockdown I have placed 2 large orders with Liqroo. On both occasions one item has been out of stock, but they called and offered alternatives of equal or better value. On each occasion we swiftly reached agreement and the order arrived when promised.

GBAvoid like the plague - UPDATED As with most other reviews, I wish I'd done a background check before I ordered. No product, no response via email or phone. Many, many attempts at contacting through online chat with no success Fuming, and out of pocket. **Product arrived, weeks late having been promised a refund after hours spent waiting on chat. No refund, product far too late but can't be bothered to complain any more

GBLiqroo has possibly gone bust UPDATE ON MY ORDER. I raised a chargeback through my bank and after about 3 weeks, I got my money refunded in full. Please AVOID Liqroo...!!! After numerous attempts to contact them, they don't respond to any of my emails, they never answer their phone and now their website has gone offline. I received an email from Annie (Customer Care) on 6 September saying that they had water damage in their store but they are shipping from a new location and I would receive my order Wednesday, 9 September. Since this email, I received no further emails and never received my order. I have contacted my bank and raised a chargeback against Ligroo. If this will work or get my money back, I don't know but worth a try.
