Dreadful company Dreadful company, took my £58.00 over 5 weeks ago and many promises, no delivery. I understand these are difficult times but other companies are delivering although small delays. Took advice from their website re refund. Emailed got a response that I would be refunded and not unsurprisingly no refund after 12 days. Phone line useless and chat line big queues and big promises. Would not use and a typical scam deliver to a small minority and get a couple of good reviews. Pity I did not read if I could give less than one star it would be a big zero like my refund. Small claims next stop.

Excellent service, recommended I have ordered on multiple occasions and am always very happy with the service provided. When one of my items was out of stock I received a phone call to inform me and ask for an alternate choice. I’ve used the online help chat function with success to resolve a query too. Delivery drivers always arrive with a smile. I highly recommend this service

Speedy delivery, unfortunate ending! We ordered some beer and were impressed by the speed of the delivery as we ordered Sunday and it arrived on Monday, despite being told it would arrive on Wednesday. It was all going so well, until the driver opened the door of the van and sneezed with his face uncovered all over the beer and everything else in the van. He seemed not to notice what he had done. My husband was so shocked. He had to put on gloves and leave the box outside after spraying with disinfectant spray. Luckily the beer was plastic wrapped so not ruined, especially as some of it is a present!!

Avoid like the plague - UPDATED As with most other reviews, I wish I'd done a background check before I ordered. No product, no response via email or phone. Many, many attempts at contacting through online chat with no success Fuming, and out of pocket. **Product arrived, weeks late having been promised a refund after hours spent waiting on chat. No refund, product far too late but can't be bothered to complain any more
