GBPart filled order and cheap substitution made. Order part filled including a cheaper substitute (white rum instead of dark) now 3 weeks waiting for case of beer that site says is in stock. Don't respond to emails or phone calls. Have some sympathy due to current Covid lockdown but there's zero customer care and web-site still implies deliveries in a few days. Don't touch them at least for now.

GBGreat communications when item out of stock During the Covid 19 lockdown I have placed 2 large orders with Liqroo. On both occasions one item has been out of stock, but they called and offered alternatives of equal or better value. On each occasion we swiftly reached agreement and the order arrived when promised.

When one of my items was out of stock I received a phone call to inform me and ask for an alternate choice. I’ve used the online help chat function with success to resolve a query too. Delivery drivers always arrive with a smile. I highly recommend this service

Even in these difficult times i have placed orders with other companies who have delivered goods ordered or refunded asap if there is a problem. This company has done none of these things. I repeat do not order from this company
