GBThis is extremely disappointing This is extremely disappointing! Despite trying to cancel the order immediately after realizing the error, they refused to provide a refund, even though the order has not even been shipped or processed yet. This is not what I expect from a company that claims to offer exceptional customer service. It's frustrating to think that I'm now stuck with an order that I don't want, and I have no way to get my money back. It's a shame that they can't be more understanding and accommodating of their customers' needs.

GBThanks Melani I had mixed thoughts on Vinesse - until today! Melani completely changed this and made me have a wonderful customer experience. I say "mixed" because I loved my first order from Vinesse, but did not like the 2nd order. Melani was so friendly - I actually chatted with her on the online chat and then spoke to her when I called. She made this go from a "mixed/on the fence" experience to a great one. I will definitely be ordering from Vinesse again - especially that she saved so many notes about my wine preferences. Thanks Melani!

GBProblem with wine; updated review to reflect good customer service Originally we rated this experience one-star: "I’m very sorry but we only enjoyed one of your wines out of the six we got, and found the others wholly undrinkable, usually pouring them out. We’ll be cancelling the service." But Vinesse got in touch and refunded our purchase in full so, while we didn't enjoy any of the wine, we also didn't waste the money on the order either. So we've updated the review to include their expedient and extremely fair treatment of the problem. Hopefully others won't have the same misfortune with their wine deliveries!

GBAwful customer service! Terrible, STAY AWAY!! Awful customer service!! Once they have your credit card on file, although you may have cancelled membership or put it on pause, they WILL ship the un-ordered order and charge your card without prior consent...also, if you dispute and want to return unopened shipment or just plainly cancel they WILL CHARGE you a restocking fee of 20% and a shipping back fee of approximately $22.00 for 6 bottles or 35.00 for 12 bottles....totally unnecessary punishment!! Stay away and avoid by all costs.
