Because after your first shipment they charge $189 per order and won’t refund you! Incredibly rude and condescending customer service.

GBWhite variety lacking Update 10/21/2020- After posting my initial review, the company reached out and sent 4 new bottles of wine. So, while that first box was disappointing, the customer service is outstanding. Updating review to 4 stars. Original Review: I did this to sample different wine selections, and didn’t get the variety I was expecting. The featured red wine sampler had 6 different bottles, but for the white, I received 3 of the same vintage Chardonnay and 3 of the same Sauvignon Blanc. I guess it’s fine if you trust Vinesse to send you something you’re going to love. But if you don’t love it, you’re stuck with 3 bottles rather than 1.

GBTERRIBLE COMPANY TRYING TO CON PEOPLE TERRIBLE COMPANY TRYING TO CON PEOPLE This company has no sense of ethical practices The only way they are making money is sneakily shipping a $30/wine bottle which i heard taste as bad as the company’s practices No communication what so ever about shipments ( as i said sneaky) Very poorly functioning website( again very intentionally) They only have couple of representatives like JEFFREY who is terrible with the way they handle the issues There are many better tasting and better ethical subscriptions out there like WSJ. Choose wisely and stay away from the scam that is VINESSE

GBThanks Melani I had mixed thoughts on Vinesse - until today! Melani completely changed this and made me have a wonderful customer experience. I say "mixed" because I loved my first order from Vinesse, but did not like the 2nd order. Melani was so friendly - I actually chatted with her on the online chat and then spoke to her when I called. She made this go from a "mixed/on the fence" experience to a great one. I will definitely be ordering from Vinesse again - especially that she saved so many notes about my wine preferences. Thanks Melani!
