Absolutely terrible company Absolutely terrible company! They will do anything and everything to trick you into what you’re actually paying. Don’t be fooled by the low membership fee. Because after your first shipment they charge $189 per order and won’t refund you! Incredibly rude and condescending customer service.

Awful customer service! Terrible, STAY AWAY!! Awful customer service!! Once they have your credit card on file, although you may have cancelled membership or put it on pause, they WILL ship the un-ordered order and charge your card without prior consent...also, if you dispute and want to return unopened shipment or just plainly cancel they WILL CHARGE you a restocking fee of 20% and a shipping back fee of approximately $22.00 for 6 bottles or 35.00 for 12 bottles....totally unnecessary punishment!! Stay away and avoid by all costs.

Rose is not a category of white wine In many ways, Vinesse is a good service. My main concern is that they keep lumping rose in with their white wine selections. I've almost given up on purchasing the white wine random sales because they provide too many bottles of rose, when what I am interested in is actual white wines.

Beware Beware! I would recommend avoiding this club due to false advertising. The offer read something like "...you will have the opportunity to decline future shipments if you don't want them...", and I received an email stating that the next shipment was scheduled for 12/21/2020. The next communication I received was from UPS a week or two BEFORE that date saying that wine had already shipped. When I called, the "customer service" agent sounded completely unsurprised and unsympathetic. Only option was to return for a credit (minus shipping etc). Go with a different club.

White variety lacking Update 10/21/2020- After posting my initial review, the company reached out and sent 4 new bottles of wine. So, while that first box was disappointing, the customer service is outstanding. Updating review to 4 stars. Original Review: I did this to sample different wine selections, and didn’t get the variety I was expecting. The featured red wine sampler had 6 different bottles, but for the white, I received 3 of the same vintage Chardonnay and 3 of the same Sauvignon Blanc. I guess it’s fine if you trust Vinesse to send you something you’re going to love. But if you don’t love it, you’re stuck with 3 bottles rather than 1.
