We were looking for an alternative… We were looking for an alternative formula for US brands as our baby was getting gassy from them. We found the customer support very knowledgeable in answering our questions about Holle. Our baby is doing much better on this brand.

Given how time sensitive product… Given how time sensitive product shipping is, I chose tastyganics. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when an item was back ordered and I had to wait an extra week for it and they refused to expedite it when It became available. This is the ONLY formula my baby takes and it was one hell of a week for me and her. I suggest you improve your customer service.

The only think I would change is put a customer service number on the website for people who have questions, as your instant chat does not get responses when you ask a question.
