This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. Takes advantage of moms and families. They should be shut down and closed. I have emailed them 7 times. I called the number on the company profile for purchasing and it’s the name of a different company! No response to emails. All they did was cancel my order with no refund. Not a single response to my emails. Fraud. Scam.

I have been ordering from here for 2 months I have been ordering from here for a few months but now my newborn had to change formulas as per doctor. I placed an order and the next day I emailed to canceled after dr’s visit and they said they can’t cancel because the order was sent out. I didn’t receive the order but they said they can’t refund because it was shipped. It’s unfair even though I still didn’t receive the order and it was over $300 order.

We were looking for an alternative… We were looking for an alternative formula for US brands as our baby was getting gassy from them. We found the customer support very knowledgeable in answering our questions about Holle. Our baby is doing much better on this brand.

Why?! While the people who respond are nice. They don't understand what you write no matter how many times you reword it. This site also does not have any indication they are running low on their products/are out of formula. I would like to continue to do business with this company but just can not understand how communication could be so misunderstood? Product itself is good. Boxes a little banged up but doesn't effect the formula inside. Holle is a great formula. Just wish my request of the promised 5% off was refunded and not the $78 for the 3 boxes they did not deliver. Now I have to figure out a different place to purchase... again!

There should be an option for 0 stars There should be an option for 0 stars. They don’t answer calls. The phone goes straight to voicemail. They also don’t answer emails. I gave them a second chance bc the guy actually called me back the first time I ordered and made an excuse that there was a holiday in Germany and the factories closed. Tried to cancel call to cancel 12 days after I ordered and nothing. Finally emailed them off of the website with a nasty email to cancel my order or there was going to be issues (they’re hq is not far from me), called the bank to see if they could stop the payment and within minutes of sending the nasty text I had an email of cancelation for my order. They never tried to make right. This is just a poorly run business. They need to close shop. The website is well built but a dummy in disguise 👎🏽
