GBThere should be an option for 0 stars There should be an option for 0 stars. They don’t answer calls. The phone goes straight to voicemail. They also don’t answer emails. I gave them a second chance bc the guy actually called me back the first time I ordered and made an excuse that there was a holiday in Germany and the factories closed. Tried to cancel call to cancel 12 days after I ordered and nothing. Finally emailed them off of the website with a nasty email to cancel my order or there was going to be issues (they’re hq is not far from me), called the bank to see if they could stop the payment and within minutes of sending the nasty text I had an email of cancelation for my order. They never tried to make right. This is just a poorly run business. They need to close shop. The website is well built but a dummy in disguise 👎🏽

GBI’m a first time mom I’m a first time mom, and my baby has tried several types of formula with no luck. Most have caused him constipation or he hasn’t enjoyed the taste. I purchased Holle from Tasteganics, after some research, and not only did he love it, but there was hardly a wait to receive it. It was delivered very promptly in a well-packaged box and with mixing instructions. I have, since, purchased more boxes of Holle from Tasteganics and will continue to, in the future. Thank you!

GBBoth of my kids love this formula Both of my kids love this formula. The website is easy to use and very self explanatory. The only think I would change is put a customer service number on the website for people who have questions, as your instant chat does not get responses when you ask a question.

GBSlow and unreliable shipping I cannot urge you enough not to use this company. When I began ordering from them years ago with my first child, they were timely and reliable. With my second child things were less reliable but we were in the throws of the COVID pandemic so I extended some leniency. Now with my newborn they are awful. They will mislead you by sending a shipment notification when really only a label was created - the actual product will often not ship until a week or more later (FAQ says shipments are in 1 day excluding Sundays and holidays). Then when you reach out to customer service they are rude and overall not helpful. Considering the importance of the product they are selling - purchase from elsewhere.

GBI shouldn’t even give them 1 star I shouldn’t even give them 1 star, they deserve 0 star. Please don’t order from them. Take your business somewhere else. I ve been ordering from them since my baby was born hr is 8 months old. For the past 2 months they been so slow on shipping the formula, the first time it 25 days to get my order with no updates I had to keep sending emails requesting an update so we had to givr the baby a new formula that didn’t agree with his tummy. Now again I placed an order of 8 boxes on the 09/09, waited a week then I emailed few times to ask about a shipment date since I was running low on formula again ! The. Yesterday I get an email saying that the order was canceled because they didn’t have enough stocks Abd with zero refund so far ! So please don’t order with then they re not reliable! And the sad part is that they re been careless with baby food !
