Amazing customer service We had a portrait done of 2 of our furbabies. Unfortunately we had an issue with 1 of the faces. West & Willow's customer support was a joy to work with. ( namely Merdae). We were constantly updated on progress to rectify the issue. Cannot wait to receive the revised and will definitely recommend West & Willow to all our friends and families looking to get customized portraits of their pets.

The only reason you are getting 2 stars… The only reason you are getting 2 stars is because of the sneaky way that Onward Protection at a cost of 3.15 was inadvertently added without my choice. If I didn't want this item as a gift I would have cancelled my entire order based on principle. I strongly suggest you remove this option, or the way it is "added" because of the large number of your customers that will not notice it, and therefore not get a refund. You are opening yourself up to a class action lawsuit and I would hate to see you go through that when your product is so lovely to purchase otherwise

The process to have a custom hand painted artwork done was wonderful. The quality of her picture looks hand painted. The design they use is simple yet masterful. Obsessed We recently lost our sweet baby girl Dane and we have been struggling with the adjustment of our loss. I saw a West & Willow portrait on a friends Facebook story and was immediately intrigued. Once I found the perfect picture of Dane I submitted my order. My wife and I cried tears of happiness when we got Danes portrait. The attention to details and all her colors and spots and marking were nearly identical to Dane. We love it! It has helped us tremendously seeing her portrait everyday! We are highly satisfied!

I am very pleased I am very pleased. When I opened it, I cried. Looks just like my beautiful golden retriever of 13 years, that I just lost on April 11th. I have it hanging on the wall in my living room, and it’s like she is looking right at me. What a beautiful way to honor my baby girl. Thank you so very much!
