The picture is beautiful!!! The picture is beautiful!!!! It looks like my babies and it’s beautifully framed and clean. The ONLY complaint I have is they put my dog’s names above the wrong dog and, I won’t lie, it drives me crazy every time I look at it, but the actual art work is beautiful. I did order another one and I’m hoping the name situation is correct!

The only reason you are getting 2 stars… The only reason you are getting 2 stars is because of the sneaky way that Onward Protection at a cost of 3.15 was inadvertently added without my choice. If I didn't want this item as a gift I would have cancelled my entire order based on principle. I strongly suggest you remove this option, or the way it is "added" because of the large number of your customers that will not notice it, and therefore not get a refund. You are opening yourself up to a class action lawsuit and I would hate to see you go through that when your product is so lovely to purchase otherwise

Disappointed There’s a lot of empty space in the portrait I wish I would have gotten the smaller one. Seems like a lot of extra money just to print blank space. Also the design is just not great. It has no detail and the eyes loook sad compared to the photo I gave. There was a body added that does not match the actual dog. I wish customer service would have reached out for approval before sending this because I feel like I just wasted all my money.

I am very pleased I am very pleased. When I opened it, I cried. Looks just like my beautiful golden retriever of 13 years, that I just lost on April 11th. I have it hanging on the wall in my living room, and it’s like she is looking right at me. What a beautiful way to honor my baby girl. Thank you so very much!
