INCOMPETENT COMPANY no matter how many friends or family write you bogus 5 star reviews when the TRUTH of the matter seems to be a touch of false advertising and hiding behind hidden disclosures I.E 20% /free shipping scam. The truth of the matter is we for the most part would be ok with a discount and understand shipping so for your lack of transparency your losing your customer base due to being INCOMPETENT.

Problem with order Customer service is open the normal 9-5 hours at nuts.com. I had an order that was delivered to the wrong address. Nuts.com customer service was very kind, understanding and very helpful in resolving my issue. Thank you Nuts.com

Consistently great I’m not typically a reviewer, but we have such consistent great service from nuts.com that I felt like I should send some recognition their way. We order all of our nuts and candy (including Halloween candy) from here and the quality is so great and the shipping is insanely fast. We just placed an order and it’s going to deliver tomorrow. Granted - we’re in New York and they’re in New Jersey, so it doesn’t have far to travel, but it still means their warehouse is ON IT! We’ve been huge fans for years.

Used the QR code on the packaging of… Used the QR code on the packaging of the Jelly Beans I wanted to order. Instead received the incorrect product. Customer service will only honor a 50% refund. Why do I have to pay anything for a product I ordered directly from their QR Code? For highly priced products, claiming to be high quality, I feel the customer service teams should honor the return in this case. All other high end companies do!

Don’t order from nuts.com… I ordered a selection of products from nuts.com as a special gift. I received a receipt, and was told the item was shipped and would be delivered today. The product has not shipped , you can’t talk to anyone, no one knows anything and they tell you to wait and recontact them if it never comes. I advise you never to order from them and I am protesting the charge with my credit card. What a ripoff business.
