GBI used to rave about this company but… I used to rave about this company but over the last 6 months the quality and customer service have fallen dramatically. In fairness, they will refund for unsatisfactory products but failing to ensure quality BEFORE it leaves the door is a disservice to the consumer. Add to this the lack of product expiration dates permits them to sell rancid products like those I received on my most recent and final order from Nuts.com. I caution buyers to look for alternate suppliers.

GBPoor customer service Have a many year history of satisfactory interactions with this company, but in the past couple years that has changed. Last order in December arrived with 3 1lb bags of nuts, all heavily coated with fungus or mildew. Customer service gave only store credit for 2 bags. Tried to order some candies today--turns out the store credit of $28 could not be applied to their free shipping minimum. Called customer service--they said nothing they could do.

GBNuts.com is our go to company for nuts, essentials, candy plus a whole lot more. Nuts.com is our go to company for nuts, organic flour (in those handy 1 lb packages). A great feature. Also we order organic PB and have not been disappointed. Quality freshness and price are all excellent. Finally just finished our 3rd order in the last 6 weeks, with again a great array of products to choose from. We highly recommend Nuts.com

GBDon’t order from nuts.com… I ordered a selection of products from nuts.com as a special gift. I received a receipt, and was told the item was shipped and would be delivered today. The product has not shipped , you can’t talk to anyone, no one knows anything and they tell you to wait and recontact them if it never comes. I advise you never to order from them and I am protesting the charge with my credit card. What a ripoff business.

GBINCOMPETENT COMPANY no matter how many friends or family write you bogus 5 star reviews when the TRUTH of the matter seems to be a touch of false advertising and hiding behind hidden disclosures I.E 20% /free shipping scam. The truth of the matter is we for the most part would be ok with a discount and understand shipping so for your lack of transparency your losing your customer base due to being INCOMPETENT.
