NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (From The TOP Down) Loyalty rewards were not applied to my account - so tried to contact Lindt - What a Joke !! Lindt portal website - left 2 complaints - no response ! Voicemail left with Lindt UK - no response ! Emailed CEO (Dr Lechner) - no response ! Email UK Customer Support - no response ! Each of the emails have included - proof of Rewards Membership, proof of purchase of Lindt goods. It looks like a company wide issue - they don't care about their customers - and this is from the very top down. Staff in the Lindt shops seem to be the only staff who care about their customers. I have a ticket reference if anyone at Lindt would like to respond - but am not holding my breath.

Lindt advent calanders at half… Bought a Lindt advent calander at half price, (£3.50) on 7th December and extremely disappointed with contents! Really poor value for money at half price, and paying full price would have been a full blown rip-off! Most of the windows just contain a round ball the size of a very large pea; a company like Lindt should have least used one of their normal sized round chocolates. Big Santa makes up for it a little, but generally not a good buy.

Lindt Christmas chocolate arrived badly damaged Lindt chocolate ordered for family members for Christmas 2023, orderered 19th December. It arrived and upon inspection 5 items were badly damaged, unable to be used A photo of 3 was sent earlier to Lindt complaints. I have not heard anything of any note and was and still am very disappointed. Thanks for your reply unfortunately there has been no refund. Glenda

Same issue as many on here Same issue as many on here, placed an order (possibly lucky to receive it) when it arrived items were missing have raised a ticket and still awaiting a reply. Messaged Lindt on FB (dm) and received an apology and that customer services are working round the clock - also acknowledged that there is an issue at the warehouse. Really surprised by the brand failing what it sets out as very high standards! Very poor.
