Was told on 10th December the missing items would be refunded but that still hasn’t happened. Only contact method is emails that seem to disappear into nowhere. Social media team did reply saying there were issues and to be patient but customer service is non existent.

GBNot interested in their customers at… Not interested in their customers at all. They are trying to make you to register to get £5 voucher from every £50 you spend and a birthday present. These advantages when you register are non existing. I have two £5 vouchers (yes, I have spent over £100 on chocolate),which are impossible to use. Sent several emails, left several messages on the phone to customer service. Nobody got back to me. There is actually no direct number for their customer service and they need to be putting customers through every single time and it goes to answer machine every single time never mind how many times you try. Have been registered for over six months now and never got the birthday present they are promising on registration, neither I can use the vouchers. I would not bother registering with them.

GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE (From The TOP Down) Loyalty rewards were not applied to my account - so tried to contact Lindt - What a Joke !! Lindt portal website - left 2 complaints - no response ! Voicemail left with Lindt UK - no response ! Emailed CEO (Dr Lechner) - no response ! Email UK Customer Support - no response ! Each of the emails have included - proof of Rewards Membership, proof of purchase of Lindt goods. It looks like a company wide issue - they don't care about their customers - and this is from the very top down. Staff in the Lindt shops seem to be the only staff who care about their customers. I have a ticket reference if anyone at Lindt would like to respond - but am not holding my breath.

FRGoods not received no customer service I ordered a personalised basket of Easter chocolates and two bars of chocolate. I received the bars but not the personalised basket. The box was shown with a weight of 0.47kg and the hamper alone was over 0.9kg so it was never in the box. One week later and still no response to my email or to the form I completed on their website. Unless you count an email telling me not to send any more emails!

HUBroken goods I ordered some chocolate cream for our employees from Lindt and one of them came broken. Although the customer service lady answered to my email, she said it'd be 2-3 weeks until they can do something. If I order a new one that arrives within a week, but this takes them 2-3 weeks... ridiculous. One of the worst customer services I've ever encountered.
