AUValentine's Day order sent with incorrect name on label, causing it to get sent back. Lindt promised redelivery, but it never showed up. Lindt DOES NOT DELIVER. You will not receive your order if you shop here. I ordered a custom tin of chocolates for my long distance girlfriend and it was delivered with the name "Darren" (not my name or hers) on the postage label, so it was returned to sender. I complained and ordered redelivery, which has not arrived. Tracking went dead on the 15th and Lindt has stopped replying. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Terrible service, mediocre product in my personal opinion (though my partner likes it) and extortionate price tags for goods YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE.

GBWrong order sent Wrong order sent. As I ordered online I cannot find numbers to complete a complaints form, which are mandatory. I will never make a purchase again. Every other big company has a telephone number to call but not lindt. Do not order from this company. No excuse for poor service.

FRGoods not received no customer service I ordered a personalised basket of Easter chocolates and two bars of chocolate. I received the bars but not the personalised basket. The box was shown with a weight of 0.47kg and the hamper alone was over 0.9kg so it was never in the box. One week later and still no response to my email or to the form I completed on their website. Unless you count an email telling me not to send any more emails!

GBWhat has happened to this company What has happened to this company. I placed an order, tried to use a valid voucher from loyalty points but it wouldn't accept. I made the purchase then contacted them. The response was bizarre. I'd given order number and voucher number but the response was for a 10% discount I'd literally just been sent for filling out a survey and nothing to do with the voucher. The advice was to re-register with a different email account. Really, I'm meant to have sundry emails handy? I replied explaining the error, no response. I tried again, no response. So I re-filled out the contact form, again with all details and simply been ignored. So my £5 loyalty voucher isn't honoured. This is such a shame. Buying from them now is too much of a risk. Sad days!

GBDo not order Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Family love Lindt so ordered online. Completely incorrect order delivered. Online forms and emails all ignored. No other means of contact. Absolutely terrible service. Do not order UPDATE- despite Lindt stating on here they would contact me- no one has. So I am still £50 down and stuck with incorrect products
