First time I have needed to contact XLN… First time I have needed to contact XLN in the two years that we have been with them. Excellent service and problem easily solved. I am waiting to hear from them about VOIP Phones for another business of ours.

Apologies if not, but she was excellent from start of call till the end,very helpful, explained everything in good detail & made the whole process very easy. A really lovely pleasant person to deal with as was the gentleman that helped me with my credit card terminal again excellent at his job.

Warning: Avoid XLN at All Costs! Absolutely horrendous experience with XLN! It's been four months asking for refund the money they took after canceling their service and still have't receive anything!!! Their customer support was unresponsive throughout the process, leaving me in the dark and extremely frustrated. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your service needs. XLN Telecom clearly lacks professionalism and respect for customers.
