Poor Customer service Poor Customer service , After Being a customer for over 15 Years we decided to switch suppliers as the deals offered were much better elsewhere. All XLN Tried to do is keep us tied in , even after agreeing to a full cancellation they claimed that we did not cancel the broadband as it was a seperate contract which it clearly was not. In the end it was too much to keep calling them and being passed around for more convincing to keep our contract. I ended up paying for 3 months extra even though the services were never used. Glad to be finally rid of them

Apologies if not, but she was excellent from start of call till the end,very helpful, explained everything in good detail & made the whole process very easy. A really lovely pleasant person to deal with as was the gentleman that helped me with my credit card terminal again excellent at his job.
