On this account there are 2 issues On this account there are 2 issues 1st issue is I'm charged on invoices for business assurance which I don't want and I didn't approved and I don't want to pay for it 2nd issue is on the invoice it's says I have XLN antivirus but I don't know how to use it And I have a another account with XLN account number (4545097) on this account I have a mobile phone number ending with 783 and this SIM has internet problems since last 2 months the internet isn't working properly

Apologies if not, but she was excellent from start of call till the end,very helpful, explained everything in good detail & made the whole process very easy. A really lovely pleasant person to deal with as was the gentleman that helped me with my credit card terminal again excellent at his job.

Warning: Avoid XLN at All Costs! Absolutely horrendous experience with XLN! It's been four months asking for refund the money they took after canceling their service and still have't receive anything!!! Their customer support was unresponsive throughout the process, leaving me in the dark and extremely frustrated. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your service needs. XLN Telecom clearly lacks professionalism and respect for customers.
