GBOn this account there are 2 issues On this account there are 2 issues 1st issue is I'm charged on invoices for business assurance which I don't want and I didn't approved and I don't want to pay for it 2nd issue is on the invoice it's says I have XLN antivirus but I don't know how to use it And I have a another account with XLN account number (4545097) on this account I have a mobile phone number ending with 783 and this SIM has internet problems since last 2 months the internet isn't working properly

GBNo broadband for three weeks No broadband for three weeks. No landlines for five weeks, and ongoing. Cancellation charge made, although we are still with xln. After many years of impeccable - if expensive - service this has now collapsed after being taken over by Daisy. 30 minute waits to speak to a real person make it impractical to sort it out. Bots and chatlines don't seem able to solve problems. 2 star rating given only because we did finally manage to get our broadband. Much time wasted trying to get a resolution.

GBFirst time I have needed to contact XLN… First time I have needed to contact XLN in the two years that we have been with them. Excellent service and problem easily solved. I am waiting to hear from them about VOIP Phones for another business of ours.
