He explained everything clearly and concisely and took the time to make sure we understood the steps of the process. He moved the call along at a great pace without neither rushing us or dragging out the process. Very happy with the call today and the manner in which we were dealt with. Poor Customer service Poor Customer service , After Being a customer for over 15 Years we decided to switch suppliers as the deals offered were much better elsewhere. All XLN Tried to do is keep us tied in , even after agreeing to a full cancellation they claimed that we did not cancel the broadband as it was a seperate contract which it clearly was not. In the end it was too much to keep calling them and being passed around for more convincing to keep our contract. I ended up paying for 3 months extra even though the services were never used. Glad to be finally rid of them

Telephone Enquiry Dealt With Efficiently I dealt with Samuel on the telephone. He was extremely polite and helpful and sorted my problem very efficiently. He followed up when he said he would and what I assumed could be a non-straightforward was made easy and painless. highly recommended. the biggest bonus was he arranged a price reduction on what I had previously been paying.
