Great service Very polite on the phone, took me through everything step by step, was really easy to follow instruction and was very patient and listened very well!

Shouldn’t have jumped off the wagon. Why I didnt renegotiate a new deal with Xln I’ll never know. I shopped around and found a cheaper supplier…for now. However I’m paying the price for my stupidity. I have to jump through seemingly endless loops to talk to someone at my new supplier and when I do they give you more loops to jump through. This is not the case with Xln. I’ve never found them difficult to get hold of and when you do talk with them, each agent takes responsibility for your enquiry. They even called me back after looking into something for me. I spent a good few years ignoring the constant (at the time) marketing calls from Xln. A friend of mine recommended them so I gave in. What a pleasant surprise. Brilliant customer service. Worth paying a little more for (?).

Jessica/Domink? Jessica? I think was the assistants name? Apologies if not, but she was excellent from start of call till the end,very helpful, explained everything in good detail & made the whole process very easy. A really lovely pleasant person to deal with as was the gentleman that helped me with my credit card terminal again excellent at his job.

Mukhtar was amazing!!! Spoke with Mukhtar today who was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgable. He was able to resolve both my queries in matter of minutes and has made sure my business can continue to run without any issues. Thank you

Murkart needs the recognition he… Murkart needs the recognition he deserves . He was understanding knowledgeable and caring in his manner . He took the time and patience to deal with my issue of nearly 4 weeks of having no business land line he sorted this out for me . Something no other member of staff could do after nearly 4 weeks of continuous calls and e-mails . He was amazing and should be a valued member of your team .
