GBWho doesn't have a CS phone number? There's no customer support. Zero. There is no phone number for support. You need to submit a ticket and wait 24 hours for a response, which is usually unhelpful. Then another 24 for another reply. The chain goes on and on until you eventually give up.

GBStax - customer avoidance is their motto Stax is a company that has mastered customer avoidance. They offer customer service numbers that are answered by an answering service that promises you have a ticket created. Yes, their employees don't respond. So, I have a billing mistake they made in their favor, and it is impossible to get help. If you want a credit card processor that has access to your bank account, pulls out money whenever they feel like it, and is impossible to reach to get it back. THEN STAX IS PERFECT FOR YOU!!!

GBI have been a customer for 30 days now I have been a customer for 30 days now. I have had 3 different processors in 9 years. I really like this company so far. I have saved a bit of money by switching. I will be back in 6 months to do another review. So far they have been the best. Quick application and my money is available next morning. I highly recommend.
