GBGood employees, pesky AI It took a minute to get past your “virtual assistant”. I couldn’t use that system because my question was far too specific for that kind of system. Confirmation of that came when the associate I articulated the question to had to put me on hold to ask someone else. But Claudia did a fantastic job for me.

GBAmber was awesome Amber was awesome, she helped us when we called with no issues. She was very polite and professional, we didnt feel rushed and you could tell she had a smile on her face and not a forced one! Customer Service these days has gone downhill so getting her on our call and not the automated system was great! I'm glad there are still some people who like their job and enjoy helping people! GBI do not reccomend My money was automatically put into an Inspira account and I wish it never was. Communication from Inspira was infrequent and generally poor, account fees are high, the money didn't earn interest, and it was a pain to get the money out. Nothing good to report.
