GBInspire is not a refer friendly… Inspire is not a refer friendly company. Assistance or any type of help is extremely difficult to get. The app is an atrocious mess that is not helpful, whole sending you 50 codes to verify your identity. I cannot wait to transfer my money out of their incompetent hands. The fees are also outrageous.

GBI was able to complete my objective in less than 20 minutes I was able to complete my objective in one relatively short phone call. The rep who I spoke with was knowledgeable and very helpful. He stayed with me through the entire process rather than simply sending a link and referring me to a website. It is rare this days to easily get help with something in a single phone call. thank you

GBEfficient chat and email. Fees high though I have a pleasant experience with customer service on inspira today. I was frustrated because it was impossible or seemed impossible to actually reach to person. But I did receive the text back and sent an email and someone to call me back that was able to help me. I guess this is the way of the future where companies screen out calls, and really try to decrease the work staff. But they did a good job in this instance. My experience was inspire a specifically has been brief. I had earlier experience with millennium trust and I think they were acquired by inspira. Anyhow, I just feel that the fees are a bit high for the service that you get. My other self-directed IRA company provides lots of CE and networking opportunities and there’s other value that’s added for the annual fee which is actually lower thanthis. So I’m moving my investments over.

GBApps are terrible Apps are terrible. The web version just clears the username and pw when it isn't working, and the mobile apps brings back an error stating "something went wrong, try again later". I guess I'm supposed to log in every day to try and get my flex refunds. Worst app I've ever used.
