In all Honesty In all Honesty, getting ahold of someone here to fix or replace the units that you paid for is like listening to Joe Biden trying to complete a sentence. Trying to get a new unit takes way too long to receive after having to pay again to have a new one sent to your address. call the sales rep assigned to you he won't answer the phone until the corp office finally has to contact him. then calling the corp office to change reps all they tell you is I will relay the message. for the amount of money spent on GPS units and the customer service you receive is p*ss poor. I've had service with Geo tab for 4 years and never seen a rep or a salesman come out or check on our service and see how we are doing.

There is always room for improvement There is always room for improvement. I spoke with Lucas recently (which, by the way, I was very please to have him give me a call) and he did what he could to help me. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with to find out they were just not available at this time. He made note of my 'wants' and hoped that, along with the requests of other users, the functionality of the software would become more user friendly in the future.

Better Driver I feel that the system is very effective overall. There are a few things that I feel can be improved upon. I don't know if it would be possible to improve upon some of the issues I have. There were many times that I received a speeding report because the unit had my vehicle on the feeder instead of the freeway. Also upon entering the freeway I received some speeding reports. The only other issue is that the emails were sometimes inconsistent in being sent. Other that these few issues I feel that it is better than some of the others I have had in my vehicle. It did take some getting used to but I feel that it has made me a better and safer driver. Thank you.

Great customer service with quick… Great customer service with quick turnaround times. I honestly didn't expect to have someone get back to me until the next day due to the time difference.

You answered the phone without a mile… You answered the phone without a mile long menu tree or wait-that's a good start. Of course Ms. Brown was pleasant to deal with and very helpful/knowledgeable. And it is nice to know she had backup from the engineering team if it got that serious.
