GBThere is always room for improvement There is always room for improvement. I spoke with Lucas recently (which, by the way, I was very please to have him give me a call) and he did what he could to help me. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with to find out they were just not available at this time. He made note of my 'wants' and hoped that, along with the requests of other users, the functionality of the software would become more user friendly in the future.

GBIn all Honesty In all Honesty, getting ahold of someone here to fix or replace the units that you paid for is like listening to Joe Biden trying to complete a sentence. Trying to get a new unit takes way too long to receive after having to pay again to have a new one sent to your address. call the sales rep assigned to you he won't answer the phone until the corp office finally has to contact him. then calling the corp office to change reps all they tell you is I will relay the message. for the amount of money spent on GPS units and the customer service you receive is p*ss poor. I've had service with Geo tab for 4 years and never seen a rep or a salesman come out or check on our service and see how we are doing.

GBEquipment is Ok but service is excellent To be brutally honest, we have had some issues with the devices themselves. They can sometimes be a little finicky and quit reporting or be too sensitive in some of the parameters. However, Caitlin Murray has always been my go-to lady at Geoforce and she's great. They should change her name to Johnny because she is ALWAYS Johnny On-The-Spot when i have issues. Geoforce gets at least an extra 1 1/2 to 2 stars just due to her customer service.

BRI think that we need from you I think that we need from you, something mor specific to controlate 1000 liters SS IBC. Some device that makes possible to track this equipment without being affected by the barriers of sheds and pilings ... we are eagerly awaiting a technically and economically viable solution... CACommitment to return phone calls by a… Commitment to return phone calls by a certain day with no call back and no resolution. Original set up was incorrect. Specifically asked for GPS tracking in remote areas, but that was not provided. Set up started on GPS system based on our needs, contract signed months ago, no call back on when updated system will be set up. Billing started after contract signed with a substantial increase but no new devices sent. Several months of incorrect billing with emails to request review, commitment made to follow up but no call backs. Very poor communication.
