GBThere is always room for improvement There is always room for improvement. I spoke with Lucas recently (which, by the way, I was very please to have him give me a call) and he did what he could to help me. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with to find out they were just not available at this time. He made note of my 'wants' and hoped that, along with the requests of other users, the functionality of the software would become more user friendly in the future.

GBEquipment is Ok but service is excellent To be brutally honest, we have had some issues with the devices themselves. They can sometimes be a little finicky and quit reporting or be too sensitive in some of the parameters. However, Caitlin Murray has always been my go-to lady at Geoforce and she's great. They should change her name to Johnny because she is ALWAYS Johnny On-The-Spot when i have issues. Geoforce gets at least an extra 1 1/2 to 2 stars just due to her customer service.

GBGeoforce has provided over 150 GPSs to… Geoforce has provided over 150 GPSs to our company over the past several years. The tracking system is easy to use, and more than anything else their customer service is outstanding!

GBBetter Driver I feel that the system is very effective overall. There are a few things that I feel can be improved upon. I don't know if it would be possible to improve upon some of the issues I have. There were many times that I received a speeding report because the unit had my vehicle on the feeder instead of the freeway. Also upon entering the freeway I received some speeding reports. The only other issue is that the emails were sometimes inconsistent in being sent. Other that these few issues I feel that it is better than some of the others I have had in my vehicle. It did take some getting used to but I feel that it has made me a better and safer driver. Thank you.

GBHave used their slog when they first… Have used their slog when they first started and added tracking also been happy with the service that they have they always did their best to help out. I had to put my tracking on hold and they where a great help when we where having many issues with other systems that we had to have onboard thanks GeForce
