GBEquipment is Ok but service is excellent To be brutally honest, we have had some issues with the devices themselves. They can sometimes be a little finicky and quit reporting or be too sensitive in some of the parameters. However, Caitlin Murray has always been my go-to lady at Geoforce and she's great. They should change her name to Johnny because she is ALWAYS Johnny On-The-Spot when i have issues. Geoforce gets at least an extra 1 1/2 to 2 stars just due to her customer service.

CAYou answered the phone without a mile… You answered the phone without a mile long menu tree or wait-that's a good start. Of course Ms. Brown was pleasant to deal with and very helpful/knowledgeable. And it is nice to know she had backup from the engineering team if it got that serious.

GBOverall, really happy Everyone that I've dealt with at Geoforce has been helpful and easy to deal with. We use several different products/devices in many different ways. Our business is always evolving, which creates new needs and challenges regularly. They are always willing to help us try to address new needs. I don't believe a service company can achieve a perfect rating, so four stars it is. There are always going to be issues with technology, so there will always be room for improvement. Might be a hint of growing pains going on with them and us. Overall, really happy with what they do and provide.
