I spoke with Lucas recently (which, by the way, I was very please to have him give me a call) and he did what he could to help me. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with to find out they were just not available at this time. He made note of my 'wants' and hoped that, along with the requests of other users, the functionality of the software would become more user friendly in the future.

CAYou answered the phone without a mile… You answered the phone without a mile long menu tree or wait-that's a good start. Of course Ms. Brown was pleasant to deal with and very helpful/knowledgeable. And it is nice to know she had backup from the engineering team if it got that serious.

GBGeoforce We have had Geoforce GPS units for years. Customer service has always been good. A couple of the units are sensitive, but overall units have been reliable. We were even able to locate a stolen truck with the GPS.

GBWe needed the plan on Regulatory Plan We needed the plan on Regulatory Plan, so our driver could log in. At first we didn't get a response, but once we sent the email directly to support, you took care of the issue right away and we appreciate it. Our driver was able to go on his way.
