I had to put my tracking on hold and they where a great help when we where having many issues with other systems that we had to have onboard thanks GeForce

Commitment to return phone calls by a… Commitment to return phone calls by a certain day with no call back and no resolution. Original set up was incorrect. Specifically asked for GPS tracking in remote areas, but that was not provided. Set up started on GPS system based on our needs, contract signed months ago, no call back on when updated system will be set up. Billing started after contract signed with a substantial increase but no new devices sent. Several months of incorrect billing with emails to request review, commitment made to follow up but no call backs. Very poor communication.

Geoforce is a bit more difficult to… Geoforce is a bit more difficult to navigate than previous version. Does not give direction of travel when viewing asset. You have to check boxes under Map Layers (overlays) every time you log in to view Wells.
