I had a wonderful time at Carrabbas and … I had a wonderful time at Carrabbas and the service was excellent at the Carrabbas in Tampa, FL. My dinner was excellent but my dining companion had to send her chicken entree back to the kitchen because it was overly spiced with an extremely heavy hand. It was quickly rectified and our server and management handled the situation beautifully.

Love Carrabbas Love Carrabbas! Best Italian food ever!!!! Good pasta, good chicken, good steak, etc... Sausage and Lentil soup is AMAZING! The Red Sangria can't be beat!!!!! I've never had trouble with customer service. In fact, I ate there on Mother's Day one year and the Manager gave me a gift card for Mother's Day. I was super impressed.

Prickly Pear My family and I have eaten at this restaurant since my niece was an infant, she's fifteen now. Last night was by far the worst experience we have ever received. Jennifer the manager was so unprofessional on all levels. Along with our waitress Wanda who was very overwhelmed and annoyed by every little thing. Quiana who I thought was the manager because of her willingness to make everything better, did above and beyond the duties of a supervisor, titled given by Jennifer when I referred to Quiana as the manager.

Two thumbs up great food great service clean restaurant always consistently good! What can I say this is one of my favorite go-to restaurants in my area I've eaten there well over 50 times I've never had a bad meal always have excellent service and the restaurants are always clean Carrabba's gets two thumbs up for me. I will be back there soon to enjoy another one of those great experiences. IE my favorite dish in that restaurant is the spadena DiMare( shrimp and scallops in Italian bread crumb drizzled with lemon butter sauce and you have to get this dish with the fettuccine alfredo in my opinion very consistent some of the best Alfredo around)

No pizza? No customer! I am shocked and disappointed that the Carrabas in Katy, Tx no longer offers Pizza! I called to order a pizza today, and was told they no longer sold pizza there. Pizza was always our go-to dish and other side dishes were perfect to take home for left overs. An Italian restaurant without pizza! Sad day!!
