For example, they are unable to ship quickly at the moment due to high demand, but they still send you an e-mail letting you know that your order is in queue and hasn't been forgotten. I have ordered from other places before, and I am lucky that i am notified when the items ships. I'm not left in the dark wondering what is going on with my order.

They were very concerned and informative. They delay was just a few more days. It was not a problem. I was very appreciative of their concern to notify me of the delay WELL IN ADVANCE. 160 Gallon Water Tank Combo - Great product! Great experience - customer service is great and responsive. I got the two 160 gallon water tank combo with hose and water purification kits. They came on time and are sturdy. I am not stacking them, I think they would hold up, but I wasn't comfortable doing it. The spigots came installed with some teflon tape, but I had small leaks, so needed to add a little more. I definitely feel more prepared now that Coronavirus is here. I'll have plenty of water for my needs. Definitely recommend Emergency Essentials for their containers.
