GBHorrible experience. caveat emptor! It’s been two weeks since I placed my order. No correspondence to indicate a shipping delay. Called and spoke with customer service who said it would ship last week. Still haven’t received my items and no follow up from the company. Horrible experience and terrible communication from company. Shop somewhere else!

GBGood product -- but don't buy in an… Good product -- but don't buy in an emergency. With the COVID-19 pandemic developing, everyone bought more emergency supplies. That said, they should not have been advertising "specials" as though they were available ... if those products were not truly in stock and ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Turns out I might be seeing the order in an unspecified period of time in the future ... maybe in a few weeks. Not very reassuring.

GBOrder does not appear to resemble what… Order does not appear to resemble what we would have ordered. Both quantities and contents are confusing. Description is "AF Simple Solution Emgncy Food Supply 6pk box. It contains "5" each (not 6): Organic Roasted Red Pepper Soup; Organic Silky Squash Soup; Beef Flavored Onion Soup; Vegetable Soup Blend; and Dehydrated Apple Sauce. GB160 Gallon Water Tank Combo - Great product! Great experience - customer service is great and responsive. I got the two 160 gallon water tank combo with hose and water purification kits. They came on time and are sturdy. I am not stacking them, I think they would hold up, but I wasn't comfortable doing it. The spigots came installed with some teflon tape, but I had small leaks, so needed to add a little more. I definitely feel more prepared now that Coronavirus is here. I'll have plenty of water for my needs. Definitely recommend Emergency Essentials for their containers.

GBI've been an Emergency Essentials… I've been an Emergency Essentials customer for years. There were a few hiccups in this order, I believe due to the chaos of everyone ordering at the same time in the CoVid crisis, but the staff was amazing. It took a while, they are very busy now, but they worked pleasantly with me until everything was straightened out. I will continue to use EE for my prepping needs and recommend anyone else considering them to do the same. You will not be disappointed.
