Accurate delivery time and more peace of mind I was informed that delivery time was approximately 4 to 8 weeks due to the ongoing pandemic. Received my order right at four weeks after ordering. I am very happy that I made my order just as the pandemic was getting serious. I also have purchased a good amount of survival foods from this company over the last four years. These long shelf life products are a backup to the packaged and canned foods that I obtained prior to the onset of the pandemic. I have seen first hand what has happened in disaster situations and learned that you cannot put 100 percent faith in the government's ability to help you out. It could takes months.

Good product -- but don't buy in an… Good product -- but don't buy in an emergency. With the COVID-19 pandemic developing, everyone bought more emergency supplies. That said, they should not have been advertising "specials" as though they were available ... if those products were not truly in stock and ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Turns out I might be seeing the order in an unspecified period of time in the future ... maybe in a few weeks. Not very reassuring.

Customer service was excellent! Probably due to the COVID19 crisis, there were delays in shipping and filling large orders. Andrew and Chandler in customer service were both reassuring and exactingly factual. My orders, and my husband's separate orders, all arrived on the updated dates they told us. All the products were in perfect condition. We've tasted several items from our smaller pouches. Quality and taste are excellent. Hoping to see freeze-dried cranberries offered again. Made a festive winter apple spice cranberry crumble from our just our storage items to serve dinner guests. It was WONDERFUL !

160 Gallon Water Tank Combo - Great product! Great experience - customer service is great and responsive. I got the two 160 gallon water tank combo with hose and water purification kits. They came on time and are sturdy. I am not stacking them, I think they would hold up, but I wasn't comfortable doing it. The spigots came installed with some teflon tape, but I had small leaks, so needed to add a little more. I definitely feel more prepared now that Coronavirus is here. I'll have plenty of water for my needs. Definitely recommend Emergency Essentials for their containers.

They delivered what other vendors have failed to do 3 times now The shopping experience was, as always, smooth and with lots of communication from the vendor. The product itself was surprisingly perfect. Not surprising because I expected less from Emergency Essentials, but because other vendors have struggled to provide what Emergency Essentials did on the very first try. So I am very pleased. The packaged food I ordered has arrived from other vendors damaged (not airtight, which means worthless) on my last several attempts. But Emergency Essentials sent 10 out of 10 in airtight, pristine condition. THANK YOU. Such a hassle with other vendors.
