GBI have been a customer since 2003 I have been a customer since 2003. I never had a problem got what I ordered expediently. They maintained my inventory for my convenience. Then a few years back they lost my inventory but I still got what I ordered expediently. This year I not only have lost my inventory but I am unable to figure out what I have received, what is on Backorder, what I have paid for, and I have received and been chargedfor duplicate orders. As a result I have started to order from other companies. What’s more EE does not carry as many FD items such as ham, pork chops, shrimp, cherries and several others.

GBOn top of offering a great product On top of offering a great product, they have wonderful customer service. For example, they are unable to ship quickly at the moment due to high demand, but they still send you an e-mail letting you know that your order is in queue and hasn't been forgotten. I have ordered from other places before, and I am lucky that i am notified when the items ships. I'm not left in the dark wondering what is going on with my order.

GBEmergency Essential website is awesome Emergency Essential website is awesome. Many different categories to browse, and search is easy too. Lots of product information and articles on being prepared and recipe suggestions! I have worked with customer service people in past, very knowledgeable about products and willing to make amends for the rare incident something doesn't arrive as promised. Like too that I receive emails about my order.

GBGood product -- but don't buy in an… Good product -- but don't buy in an emergency. With the COVID-19 pandemic developing, everyone bought more emergency supplies. That said, they should not have been advertising "specials" as though they were available ... if those products were not truly in stock and ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Turns out I might be seeing the order in an unspecified period of time in the future ... maybe in a few weeks. Not very reassuring.
