Good product -- but don't buy in an… Good product -- but don't buy in an emergency. With the COVID-19 pandemic developing, everyone bought more emergency supplies. That said, they should not have been advertising "specials" as though they were available ... if those products were not truly in stock and ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Turns out I might be seeing the order in an unspecified period of time in the future ... maybe in a few weeks. Not very reassuring.

I've been an Emergency Essentials… I've been an Emergency Essentials customer for years. There were a few hiccups in this order, I believe due to the chaos of everyone ordering at the same time in the CoVid crisis, but the staff was amazing. It took a while, they are very busy now, but they worked pleasantly with me until everything was straightened out. I will continue to use EE for my prepping needs and recommend anyone else considering them to do the same. You will not be disappointed.

Great other than delay in shipping due… Great other than delay in shipping due to increase in demand. In this day and age I am not used to having to wait a couple of weeks before receiving delivery of something I ordered online. I also think the problem was that the website only showed "processing" for about 2 weeks straight before someone was able to email me regarding the delay right before they manages to ship it out. But once I got my shipment, the quality of the products received was great. I would buy from them again in the future!

Great Company!!! After I ordered the "special of the day", supplies were in shortage. The company sent me several emails to let me know the progress of my order. They were very concerned and informative. They delay was just a few more days. It was not a problem. I was very appreciative of their concern to notify me of the delay WELL IN ADVANCE. I will definitely continue to order from Emergency Essentials!!!

You rock Emergency Essentials! Ordering and receiving my shipment was super simple. Even with a run on emergency Preparedness items such as food due to COVID-19, my shipment arrived quickly.
