My second and many to come This was my first experience using Grub Hub and I am glad I did. The driver was awesome, My food was hot and it came in a timely manner. I will keep using them for my food deliveries.

We only got half of our order We only got half of our order delivered, and the customer service agent wouldn’t give us a refund big enough to compensate the service fees. We lost money re-ordering what was missing from our order. It’s two hours later and we’re still waiting for part of our order to get delivered. The restaurant worker confirmed she had the whole order at the restaurant and ready to get picked up after it was placed. We tipped ahead of time and have no way of taking away the tip for the driver and now have to re-tip another driver to bring the rest of our original order. Will never use GrubHub again after today.

The order was delivered to the wrong… The order was delivered to the wrong address and never corrected by the delivery person when advised of his mistake! The driver was rude and disrespectful.

Disappointed Disappointed. Just ordered food from Peru Taco Bar including Causa, chicken with 2 sides and I added a salad. I asked for silverware and napkins. Didn’t get my salad that I paid for (ir was not a side) or the silverware and napkins. The Causa was overpriced too small for the 10 $ I’m disappointed of the restaurant and Grubhub. Doesn’t anyone double check the orders to know that they are complete? Least that they could do.

Reliable, Reasonable $, Consistent Much more reliable deliveries both in ETA and consistency of not forgetting items. Overall less "additional fees" making it less expensive as well. All around it's the best food delivery platform.
