GBWell customer service was miss leading… Well customer service was miss leading I was told I'll be on next day funding before I signed up then after I sign up come to find out I'm on 2nd day funding which is really a big inconvenience for a small business to be successful. I was also told after 30 days I'll be moved to next day funding then that turned out to be incorrect I spoke with another person and she informed me I have to wait 90 days before eligible for next day funding.... customer service was great A++...... but what they promise you is incorrect and like I said a huge inconvenience.

GBI am not a professional businessman… I am not a professional businessman yet. So I am just learning to use the software. And there are a couple of things I wish i could do, like create an invoice ahead of schedule, like a draft and have it ready to send when product is complete. Last month I had a issue looking at a report, so I called and the guy was super friendly and helpful. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. So I definitely give 5 stars for that call. Overall I am happy with the product and the service, but again, I know that there is a lot that I don't use or don't know how to use yet. I am not a retail business so I can't speak to the retail sales part of it.

GBI called because you are charging me… I called because you are charging me almost $100, plus $15 a month (from authorize Net) when it is supposed to be just the $15. I was told it would be adjusted and I would be credited back all the over charges. Since the call has gone by, I have been charged 2 more months and now of the 100 plus kow I'm getting an additional 10 a month charge from your company on top of the 15 from authorize.net
