I am not a professional businessman… I am not a professional businessman yet. So I am just learning to use the software. And there are a couple of things I wish i could do, like create an invoice ahead of schedule, like a draft and have it ready to send when product is complete. Last month I had a issue looking at a report, so I called and the guy was super friendly and helpful. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. So I definitely give 5 stars for that call. Overall I am happy with the product and the service, but again, I know that there is a lot that I don't use or don't know how to use yet. I am not a retail business so I can't speak to the retail sales part of it.

Small business owner feedback It is easy to get a hold of someone whenever I have a question, and all of my questions have been handled. Overall happy with the service, but I gave 4 stars because I didn’t get emails that I had requested when I signed up. And the online interface was not updated with the information I supplied via phone and text/email.

Swipe Simple Card Reader The service is great, however, the card reader often shuts down or will not connect in order to complete a transaction. If that glitch is corrected, it would boost my experience up to five stars.
